Team Chaos Robotics

Beginning in eighth grade and continuing throughout my high school career I have been a part of the First Robotics Competition team number 2458 (Team Chaos). This team has provided me with a wide range of experiences and opportunities to construct, wire, and program robots. The last robot I had a chance to work on was our 2019 robot nicknamed Jared. This robot is capable of intaking foam balls from the ground, transitioning and storing them in a vertical magazine, indexing the balls to separate them if needed, and then firing the balls at a target. The robot drives on a tank chassis, utilizes computer vision for aim correction, and has a dual-layer electronics board.
