About PSP

I began my involvement in the ASTRA project from the very conception. I was a cofounder of the Purdue Space Program: Active Controls team and as we began developing the club into a functional organization I worked with peers to develop the idea of ASTRA. ASTRA is what Active Controls considers it's first of many launch vehicles. The primary goal of ASTRA is to develop a platform upon which we can build and test various control algorithms as well as verify electrical and structural components.
